Careful selection of guards as per parameters laid down
Put them through basic security training for one week
Deputing a dedicated Assignment Manager and carry out plant familiarization along with all guards in shifts after prior approval of management to identify sensitive areas
Prepare documentation and check lists
Visit posts and make post orders
Carry out two weeks of – ‘on the job training’ under supervision of the Assignment Manager
Prepare briefing points and issues related to emergency responses
Opened savings acct for all guards to be paid through Bank Accounts
Carryout and rehearse simulated fire drills and procedures
Arrange monthly meetings with management to gauge service levels and improve on short comings noticed
Basic courtesies to be extended while interacting with senior staff
Visitor’s management & frisking
Vehicle management and checking
Maintaining of records & registers
Basic fire fighting training
Emergency Procedures
Inward &outward movement of stores, its checking & documentation.
