  • Careful selection of guards as per parameters laid down
  • Put them through basic security training for one week
  • Deputing a dedicated Assignment Manager and carry out plant familiarization along with all guards in shifts after prior approval of management to identify sensitive areas
  • Prepare documentation and check lists
  • Visit posts and make post orders
  • Carry out two weeks of – ‘on the job training’ under supervision of the Assignment Manager
  • Prepare briefing points and issues related to emergency responses
  • Opened savings acct for all guards to be paid through Bank Accounts
  • Carryout and rehearse simulated fire drills and procedures
  • Arrange monthly meetings with management to gauge service levels and improve on short comings noticed
  • Basic courtesies to be extended while interacting with senior staff
  • Visitor’s management & frisking
  • Vehicle management and checking
  • Maintaining of records & registers
  • Basic fire fighting training
  • Emergency Procedures
  • Inward &outward movement of stores, its checking & documentation.
